Finally New York Fashion Week is literally days away. This year’s show will take place at the old post office located on 34th Street and 8th Avenue. I can’t wait to see how they transformed the old post office.
Here is the schedule for this season’s New York Fashion Week:
As Fashion Week continues, designers are out doing themselves with their gorgeous collections. Here are my favorite collections from Tuesday, September 9th.
Michael Costello hit a high note with this collection. This man knows how to make dresses for women. From the aesthetics to the cut of his pieces, it no wonder why celebrities like Beyoncé and Tamar Braxton are huge fans.
Naeem Khan delivered what I call sporty chic meet elegance collection.
Yesterday, Carolina Herrera debut her Spring/Summer 2015 collection. Herrera out did herself with this collection. From her color choices to design, I can see some red carpet moments for a few of the dresses.
Over the weekend Fashion Week continued as designers showcased their Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The following collections stood out to me. I love the color section, the cut and the details of the dresses.
Tadashi Shoji brought elegance, lace, and floral print to New York Fashion Week. The airy collection came in hues of blue, black, grey, and white. The collection consisted of two piece and long sleek floor length dresses. Here are a few pictures from the collection.
Max Azria stormed into New York Fashion Week with a stunning collection for BCBG. In shades of pinks, blues, peaches, whites, and patterns, Spring will definitely be the seasons for light colors. This collection was all about the details. Azria went for soft barely there makeup for the models and the models’ hair were parted down the middle which gave the clothes an elegant feel. Front row guests included celebrity stylist June Ambrose, Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker, Louise Row, and Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell, just to name a few.
After viewing this collection, I’m now ready for Spring.
